Will I receive a new insurance card (with green insurance card)?

Because the making of the insurance cards is very environmentally damaging and most countries now accept a digital green card, we have decided not to automatically make new passes. The digital green card can be found in your InsuranceApp so that you always have it at hand.

The digital green card is accepted in all 28 EU countries plus Andorra, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland.

If you would like to receive an insurance card or paper green card, of course you can. Please contact us.

I want to report a damage

A damage is of course annoying. But do not worry, we will help you as best as possible with the settlement of your damage. We can help you the fastest if you report the damage online (via my policies) or via your Insurance App. Have you already done that? Then we will always contact you within 24 hours (or in the weekend the next working day). Also look at our website when reporting damage, the most important things are explained.

Liability insurance

I am liable because I caused damage

Report the damage online or via the Insurance App. Send the following information:
– written liability claim (a letter from the injured party in which he makes you liable, including why he / she feels that you are liable and what the damage amount is).
– A substantiation of the amount of damage (for example a quotation for repair or a purchase receipt).

Car insurance

How can I submit a change or a mutation?

Because it is important that an advisor looks after you with a change, we ask you to contact us. Contact us, preferably in writing via advies@goodfinanz.nl

I have bought a new car and can not reach you

If you want to insure a car outside office hours, please send an email with the license plate + you the registration code of your car
(last 4 digits of your chassis number) to info@goodfinanz.nl

We will then provide you with temporary coverage up to the next working day from the moment of shipment. You are then immediately insured and can start driving immediately. On the next working day we will contact you to make the change further in order.

I have glass damage (asterisk or window break)

In case of a window damage you can contact Carglass (088-0406406) or Autotaalglas (0800 – 0828) directly. In case of repair you do not pay any excess (only with complete window replacement).

My car has been stolen

In case of theft always report to the police as quickly as possible and also inform the Agency for vehicle crimes at 071-3641777

Report the theft to GoodFinanz at schade@goodfinanz.nl or call 040-3400110. We will inform you about further processing.

I have had a car accident

Many accidents happen every year on the road. If you are involved in an accident with your car, you must always complete a European claim form. This can be done on paper or via the app. Always fill in the form together with the counterparty. With the European claim form the insurer can determine what kind of damage it is and what steps must be taken. Send us the damage form. We will inform you about the handling as soon as possible.

Does your car have to be towed away? Then call the insurance alarm center 088-1121816

I have a broken window / glass damage

Do you have a glass insurance policy? In case of glass damage, please contact the window repair service: 0900-2004097. The invoice then goes directly to your insurer.

Legal insurance

I have a question about legal assistance or need legal assistance

We are not lawyers. Therefore, for questions about your legal assistance, you can best call directly ARAG, +31 (0) 33 – 434 2350 or DAS, 020 – 6517 517 (check your policy with whom you are entitled to legal assistance). You immediately get a lawyer on the line who can answer your first questions and determine whether your case can be handled.

What should I do in case of loss or theft during a trip or vacation?

In the event of loss or theft, always report this to the local police and the hotel and / or tour guide and report the damage z.s.m. upon return.
